Hello, I have applied for a visa for Morocco. The express visa last day was yesterday, 4th Dec.

I have booked a ticket for 6th Dec; today is 5th. I did not get the visa yet. I am calling the helpline and chatting with them; they are not answering properly. I have a very urgent meeting tomorrow in Morocco.

What kind of service are you providing? They are not telling me properly when I will get the visa. There are 12 hours left for my flight. I need to know now what's going on.

What is wrong? My visa is late now.

How long does it take? If I don't get the visa today, who will be responsible for the flight and hotel?

Atlys is coming to an end. Ripped so many tourists with fraud handling of evisa and without people concern deducting service fees which is almost double the amount from the evisa fees. Rachit Gupta is going to jail along with others who are behind this crime.

I had a terrible experience with Atlys while applying for a French visa for me and my wife. They promised an appointment by 26th March 2025 but failed to deliver.

I was added to a WhatsApp group, shared all documents, yet received poor communication and vague replies. Eventually, they offered a Greece visa instead, which I never asked for, and demanded more money. The support team became unresponsive again. Ive wasted time, energy, and money.

I had better options locally, but I trusted them.

Very unprofessional and disorganized service. I do not recommend Atlys to anyone.

I went online to pay for an ESTA visa so that I could travel to the USA. I used ALTYS to pay through my bank account $21 and waited for confirmation, which never happened. I would like a refund, please, and also I will be contacting my bank.

Paid for visa and they sent me an email saying it had arrived but NO details on how to access it. Complained via Pissed Consumer, then received an apologetic email with instructions on how to access my visa via their app.

These instructions are also incorrect, and I still cannot access my visa. There is NO prompt as described in their email and NO visa shown in my profile, etc,

I paid $38.40 on 21st July 2025 for a visa allowing travel from Australia to Vietnam. Despite your promise to deliver the visa by 24th July it never arrived, despite what your email claimed.

The visa never arrived by email and is also not on my Atlys app. Please refund my funds asap and learn how provide the services you claim to deliver and how to communicate better with paying customers.

Awful what a con they ripped me off with 89 pounds. After I paid them, they then asked for an extra 79 pounds for each visa to retrieve it. I applied for 3 visas.

Darauf fehlt allerdings die Referenznummer.

Also habe ich keine Sicherheit eine ETA erhalten zu haben.

Das Geld ist abgebucht.

Heute ist noch einmal eine Summe von über 40,- abgebucht worden.

Das ist Betrug.

Ich fordere Sie auf mir die Referenznummer zu übermitteln und den anderen Betrag meinem Konto gutzuschreiben.

One of the worst services I have ever received. First, they add you to a WhatsApp group of four, and literally no one will respond to your queries.

You have to chase behind them everyday regarding updates. The app asks you to apply for health insurance; Please don't do that if you are staying in another country. The embassy expects you to take the local insurance. I lost a lot of money in this.

Finally, the itinerary prepared by Atlys members had so many errors, I have to rewrite it. NOT WORTH IT.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. My 25% cut amount not visa apply Atlys company koi bhi person visa na kare ye company bahut fraud hai visa apply ke naam par paisa loot rahi hai.

I would like my $40 to be refunded and the application canceled. I feel like I am being robbed. Will someone please contact me.

I received a visa with wrong image, when I raised they are asking me for charges.

first thing how they verified it if the image which we uploaded and the image which they found on passport does not matched?
