Atlys Third class service
Very poor service from atlys. No customer service, no one available to talk, when leave msg says agent will come back in few hours .
After submitting details of trip agent said no more documents or requirement needed, then disappear for 10 days no update left application as it is after 10 days new requirement comes in to provide ticket and hotel booking if you have applied 100's of visa you should know what documents needed for which country .
Third class service better train ur agents first for customers.
Japan visa refused due to lack of knowledge from atlys staff. Keep changing visa arrival dates as staff dont know the correct documents required , they keep disappear for 10 days no update Not recommended

It took two hours to return a visa that should have been issued immediately, and then they had the audacity to charge an additional $30 for apparently providing it early. Worst of all, they got the visa wrong by misspelling my last name and place of birth.
They have so far been unresponsive when queried. I was forced to get my visa via another provider as it was time sensitive.
I will hopefully get a refund. I would avoid at all costs.

Not Happy
Took too long but took my money 54.00 straight away. Site keep saying in progress stage.
After a week asked to pay 34.00 and then I finally got my visa. The 2 fees not clearly explained and site now still says in progress.

Atlys - Filled Mumbai forms for Ahemedabad VFS
I had a visa appointment at Ahmedabad VFS and Atlys team filled form of Mumbai VFS. Reaching at VFS, we weren't allowed to proceed.
We 3 had took day off from office and school. We had to pay at VFS for their premium service for all 3 of us.
Even after multiple complains and reminders Atlys did not refund anything.
No one is replying in WhatsApp group. No one pick up the phone.

Very bad experience
I applied for an Egyptian visa, provided all the requested documents, and have been receiving positive messages that my application is in process and it's looking good. I am expecting to get my visa in a few days.
Then suddenly, I received an email saying that my application has failed. I have no idea why! I tried contacting them but couldn't reach out to them.
Plus, half an hour later, I received another message saying that my application is in process and I'm getting the visa soon. It's very confusing; I regret dealing with Autlys.

I havent received any call or my call was answered by any representative to assist me. I am seeking help to download my visa from the app and it doesnt have any option to download all its redirecting me to a page where I have nothing to click to view.
It would be much appreciated to look into and help me to download my visa as I am travelling this Monday to Morocco.

Disappointing experience
I had a disappointing experience with Atlys and would never deal with them or recommend them to anyone. They quickly took the money with a promise to get a visa appointment.
No follow-ups afterward, no updates on the app, and when a chat group was created for my 'concierge service,' I still didn't get any useful update other than there are no appointments, or we can try a different embassy, and you have to pay another application! I told them I was not going to make another application and pay other fees for a new application; the funny thing is after I told them to issue a refund that I didn't want their service.
I applied directly on the embassy website and got an appointment -- yes it was a rather annoying experience, but I got the appointment on my own! Not only that, but I just wasted a whole week thinking they'll get a faster appointment for the whole family!

Worst customer support I have come across. I am not able to download the visa and I have to fly out soon.
I requested a callback but I do not see the option. The chat support does not have an appropriate response time.
Critical cases like visas should have good support for queries. I should have booked through an agent rather than Atlys.
What was the solution, please help me out. Going through the same situation, no one is helping us out. We have booked everything but still waiting for visas, nowhere to download.
